Less lighting, more savings in Lauzun
With the price of electricity increasing threefold, the question of savings has become unavoidable.
Already equipped with LEDs limited to 50% of their power, public lighting only allows new savings by limiting the duration of night lighting.
Also, the streets and public buildings (Monument to the dead, Church in particular) will no longer be systematically lit. The street lighting will be switched off from midnight to 6 am. This should result in annual savings of €12,000 to €15,000.
However, this measure will be evaluated during the year according to its potential consequences (discomfort, savings).
At the same time, all the light points of the communal buildings will be equipped with Led for those which were not yet equipped.
Finally, the heating systems of the community halls are adjusted to achieve the same energy-saving objectives.
Thank you all for understanding and respecting this arrangement.

Already equipped with LEDs limited to 50% of their power, public lighting only allows new savings by limiting the duration of night lighting.

Finally, the heating of the communal halls is adjusted to achieve the same objectives of energy sobriety.
