The Guichet Numérique des Autorisations d'Urbanisme (GNAU) is a teleservice allowing users to submit their requests for urban planning authorizations (building permits, development permits, prior declarations, urban planning certificates, declarations of intent to sell, etc.) to the Commune's urban planning department.
Please note that it is still possible to submit your requests directly to the secretariat of the town hall.
How to submit your application?
You just have to connect via the following link: GNAU
The file definition help will allow you to access the practical sheets by theme providing all the explanations on the different situations and associated forms. This information is also available in English.
You will be asked to identify yourself:
- or with an identifier that you create for the follow-up of all your town planning authorizations,
- or via your France Connect login.
You can then choose which folder you want to create.
After you have submitted your application:
As soon as your application is registered on the GNAU, you will receive an Electronic Registration Acknowledgement (ERA).
The Commune will issue you a file number by sending you an Electronic Acknowledgement of Receipt (EAR).
The general terms and conditions of use are directly on the GNAU homepage.
